Royal Icing Recipe
2 lb powdered sugar | 1/2 c. meringue powder | 3/4 c. water | 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to mixer. Using the paddle attachment, beat until icing is thick and creates stiff peaks.
